Building Better Relationships

What you need to know
How will I study?

You will learn about the dynamics of relationships and how they are built on expectations, exchange, trust, support and collaboration. You will be able to explore what sort of relationships you already have with colleagues, customers and stakeholders, and how you can build upon these to make them more productive.
How will I be taught?

You will work in a group setting with your peers, either within your workplace or here at the College with employees of other organisations. The trainer works in a consultative way, facilitating learning.
How will I be assessed?

Ongoing assessment of understanding, knowledge and learning throughout the course.
