Stress can be a difficult experience that can affect work and other aspects of life. This workshop is suitable for anyone who feels stressed or just wants to learn how to prevent stress from building up.
This course always has a small group (maximum 8 people and often fewer) and the trainer aims to adapt it to the needs of the people in the group.
The course includes:
- A personal stress questionnaire
- What can cause stress
- What happens in the body when we are under stress
- An understanding of signs and symptoms
- Several strategies and approaches for reducing stress
