Keeping up to speed with the latest Building Regulations (2173/2203)

Course background

This 1 DAY COURSE will provide an overall updateof the changes to the Building Regulationsand Fire Regulations that have taken placeover recent years, impacting on thebuilding industry.

It will focus on recent changes to Part B(fire safety), BS 9999 (code of practice forfire safety in the design, construction and use of buildings), RRO (RegulatoryReform (fire safety) Order 2005), therevised Part L (conservation of fuel andpower), the revised Part F (ventilation),Part G (sanitation, hot water safety andwater efficiency), Part M (access to and useof buildings) and the revised Part J(combustion appliances and fuel storage systems).

The remaining Approved Documents will be reviewed including The Code for Sustainable Homes. Future changes to the Building Regulations proposed for 2013, including higher thermal efficiency standards will be discussed.
