About this course
We normally request an upper second class honours degree from building services engineering disciplines however applicants with appropriate industry experience having lower qualifications or from related study themes deemed to be equivalent are considered subject to interview and successful completion of the additional modules.

Course programme
For the PGCert, three modules are undertaken including balancing module from a Level 3 option, Engineering Design Project and Facilities Management.
For the PGDip, three additional modules are undertaken including Project Management and two Level 4 optional modules.
For the MSc, Research Methods and a double module Dissertation are undertaken in addition to completion of the PGDip and PGCert modules.
Modules offered are; HVAC for Sustainable Buildings; Engineering Design Project; Strategic Project Management; Facilities Management; Carbon Regulation and Policy; Contractual Issues; Sustainable Electrical Services; and Dissertation.
