There was a time when bullying may have been considered only for the playground. Sadly, workplace bullying is an increasing phenomenon. The law has recognised this too and now imposes huge sanctions against companies whose employees or officers are guilty of bullying within the workplace. Add to this the problems that bullying brings to the staff in the form of low morale and sickness absence. Often, bullying claims are accompanied for claims of workplace stress. These are very difficult for a business to defend against unless your have the correct methods of dealing with it. This course will provide that for you.
