Targeted, persuasive writing is an essential aspect of communication in any successful organisation. Effective writing styles convey a professional and credible message and project the correct image. From formal reports to composing e-mails, polished communication is key.
This course is fully interactive, and features a number of highly practical exercises that will stimulate the delegates’ interest and emphasise the relevance of the numerous learning points. It can also be closely tailored to the documents that people typically write in their organisation for in-house courses. Delegates are also encouraged to bring examples of their own written work to the public course.
By taking this course, participants will increase their confidence in producing written material, adopt the principles of business writing style and language, learn how to write effective letters suitable for their purpose, brush up on punctuation and proof-reading skills and understand how to produce professional reports.
