In your first year, you’ll learn how organisations are planned, built and grown. We’ll spend time focusing on how to respond to market requirements and build skills in leadership and entrepreneurship.
In Year 2, we’ll teach you how to design, build and manage effective organisations. You’ll also develop project management techniques and have the opportunity to go on work placement.
With the support of our experienced teaching team, you’ll develop the crucial traits needed in modern business. We’ll also help you to strengthen the softer skills that employers are looking for, such as how to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, time management and decision-making.
