Business Improvement Techniques

B-IT at Level 2 is directly applicable to individuals who:
- require a core knowledge of business improvement techniques
have some background knowledge and wish to gain experience of applying these techniques within a team
- are already using business improvement techniques and would like to gain a recognised qualification to demonstrate their competence
progression to Level 3 NVQ

Duration
NVQs are awarded on evidence collected within the workplace. The collection of evidence required for the B-IT Level 2 can be achieved within 12-26 weeks.

Coaching and Assessment
Each candidate is partnered with a qualified expert who coaches the candidate in the application of the programme and assesses the evidence generated against the agreed national standard. (Group/individual coaching and assessment)
