The Association of Business Executives (BIS) programme contains the follosing three levels:
• Certificate
• Diploma (Parts 1 and 2)
• Advanced Diploma
Progression route
Candidates may proceed to the Diploma on successful completion of three out of the four Certificate subjects. However, the Certificate level must be completed by passing all four subjects before any Diploma awards are given.
On passing the Diploma (Parts 1 and 2) students may proceed to Advanced Diploma
• Students may also proceed to the Advanced Diploma if they have two remaining Diploma subjects to complete. However, the Diploma level must be completed by passing all nine subjects before any Advanced Diploma awards are given.
• Apply to the second year of certain Bachelor's degree courses at universities in the UK and overseas, or apply to take other qualifications at certain professional institutes. On passing the Advanced Diploma students may:
• Consider their studies completed and use their ABE qualifications to further their careers in industry, commerce or public administration. ABE qualifications are welcomed by employers worldwide. ABE graduates testify to a marked improvement in their self-confidence and motivation and to faster progress and promotion in their careers.
• Apply to the final year of certain Bachelor's degree courses at universities in the UK and overseas, or apply to take other qualifications at certain professional institutes.
