What will you be learning?
This course is a good introduction to business studies. You will cover: Exploring business purposes; developing customer relations; investigating financial control; business communication; doing business online; providing business and administration support.

Assessment is continuous by assignments.

What happens when you have finished?
On completion you can progress onto the Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma (previously BTEC National Diploma) if you have gained an overall merit or distinction grade.

  • Working Tax Credit (your assessed household income needs to be less than 15,276 per year (amount subject to change)
  • Housing Benefit
  • Council Tax Benefit (excluding the 25% single person reduction)
  • Pension Credit - Guaranteed only
• You are studying for your
  
  first full Level 2 qualification, whatever your age.
• You are aged 19-24 on the 31st of August prior to the start of your course and studying for your
  
  first full Level 3 qualification, whatever your age.
