About the Level 2 Business Management Certificate
Managing a business involves controlling and overseeing lots of different elements. This can be difficult, especially if it is your first venture into business management. This distance learning business management course aims to prepare the students of Stonebridge College for the challenges and complexities of the business world.
Business is a vast subject area, so we have divided the interesting and engaging course materials into four easily manageable modules. As you work towards your business management certificate, you will learn all you need to know about effective management, employing staff, performance management and time, stress and crisis management.

This home learning course has been designed for students who are new to business and management and want to develop their skills. Whether you are considering opening your own business, or you simply want to expand your business knowledge, this course will help you.
You do not need any prior knowledge or any qualifications before enrolling on one of our short business courses. All you need is an interest in business management and the motivation to engage in independent home study.
What happens after the course?
On successful completion of your business management certificate, you may decide to study further business courses with Stonebridge. You may even choose to complete an Access to HE Diploma and go on to study business at university.

This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
