What will you be learning?
This course is an introduction to the business, office and retail world and will aim to develop your knowledge and understanding of this area.

You will study: Starting work in business, retail and administration; working in business and introducing customer service. You will also choose 2 personal skills units and 3 vocational option units.

What happens when you have finished?
You can progress onto the Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Retail, or a Level 1 or 2 in Business Administration or I.C.T.
