Food and wine pairing
Serving wine –temperature, decanting, glassware
Where to shop for good value wine.

The course is taught through tasting the wines. There will be recommendations for other wines to try if you wish. There are no extra costs –tasting glasses and spittoons are provided. You may wish to bring a notebook, pen, water and possibly some plain crackers to refresh your palate between wines. Please avoid strong perfume or aftershave.
