It covers working with children up to the age of 5 years. This course is designed to meet the needs of parents and volunteers who would like to play a part in Early Years settings such as Pre-schools. The course might be appropriate for foundation learners. The course will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods. This could include tasks such as written information, oral questions or direct observation. Learners do not need to be working, but it is recommended that they should be volunteering in an Early Years setting.
