Unit 2 – Promoting health and well-being through physical activity and nutrition co-ordination (PANCo) in the early years
- Learning Outcome 1 – Consider current statutory framework requirements for early years settings in relation to physical development, food and nutrition
- Learning Outcome 2 – Analyse the impact of existing research in relation to promoting physical activity and healthy eating
- Learning Outcome 3 – Critically evaluate partnership working in relation to physical development and healthy eating

Unit 3 – Working with others to support children with additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disability

- Learning Outcome 4 – Consider how to lead, coach, mentor and educate staff in own setting in relation to partnership working
Unit 5 – Implementing change in an early years setting incorporating a small scale research project

To pass this course learners must pass 4 written assignments, 1 project and 3 practical assignments. Once these have been read and marked by your personal tutor, feedback and marks are provided to students which contain helpful tips to improve work in future assignments.
