Course programme

No prior experience of sugar craft is needed. It is recommended that you complete the basic level before moving on to the intermediate level; however if you feel that you are able to start on at intermediate level then photos of your work will be required. All applicants have an interview before enrolling on the course.


• Practical assessment through project work
• Design Folder (folder of work with step-by-step instructions for each project)
• Theory exam (1 hour multiple-choice)


All students will be subject to a £20 registration fee per academic year.
You will need to supply your own small equipment such as piping tubes cutters etc, a kit list will be supplied at interview
