Course programme

Course review:

Brand new trend, cupcakes are so yesterday, cake pops are the new tomorrow. A cross between a cupcake and a chocolate lollipop, there is nothing healthy whatsoever in these but they taste fantastic and the sky's the limit with your creativity.

We'll use a chocolate or gingerbread base that you'll make from scratch and move on to modelling, tempering chocolate and designing your cake pops.
