Course review:
In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to make 5 mouth-watering cakes, including ‘Mini pistachio cakes with lemon drizzle icing’ and ‘Raspberry sponge cake with elderflower mascarpone cream’. By the end of the day you will have baked 3 different cakes to take home, including a tray of our delicious Leiths chocolate brownies. Once you have mastered these simple techniques, you will have the confidence to experiment at home, to the delight of your family and friends.
The day begins with coffee and pastries followed by a demonstration; then it’s time to get baking. A light lunch prepared by the Leiths team will be served with a well earned glass of wine.
