CameraTrails runs photographic tours of London, led by professional photographers. You will:
- See the sights of London from a unique perspective
- Leave with new photographic skills and stunning photos to look back on
The Urban East trail takes you through the colourful markets, diverse communities and layers of history found in the East End of London.
We start at the City’s boundary with the East End, passing through Petticoat Lane Market and Huguenot villas before proceeding to photograph Brick Lane and nearby Spitalfields.
Along the route, you will receive expert advice and tuition covering:
- Creative composition
- Controlling light
- Utilising motion and speed
- Refining focus and using it creatively
The East End’s ever changing cultural and economic diversity, street art and dynamic urban life along the route provide inspirational photographic subjects to support your tuition.
The trails start at 11:00 am at Liverpool Street Station and takes about 4½ hours, with a half hour break for refreshments. The cost is £70 per adult.
