TQUK - Training Qualifications UK

This nationally recognised, RQF listed qualification is brand new and replaces the old Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma. Designed to increase the professional development and confidence of individuals that are either new to working within a care environment or are keen to gain the knowledge and understanding needed to help them seek employment within the sector in a supervised role.

The TQUK Level 2 Diploma course covers many issues including a wide appreciation of what to expect within the sector as well as focusing on important areas such as person-centred care, safe working practices, duty of care and safeguarding.

About this course

This online course also covers infection control in a veterinary practice and the basic equipment often used.

This Level 3 course has been created for those students with an interest in veterinary nursing. ​

Students looking to enrol onto this course should meet the following criteria:
Be aged 16 Years or above
Possess a solid knowledge of the english language
Have access to a PC and the internet for the duration of the whole course
Basic computer skills: e.g Word processing, emailing, uploading documents etc
Have a genuine desire to succeed

This course provides successful students with a fully recognised qualification from TQUK, listed on the RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework). TQUK is recognised as an awarding organisation by the qualification regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, who are: the office of the qualifications and examinations regulator (OFQUAL) in England, the Welsh Government and the council for curriculum, examinations and assessment (CCA) in Northern Ireland.

Assessment

Learners will be required to complete a series of tutor marked assignments ( normally 1 after each unit) as they progress through this course. Each assignment will contain a variety of tasks/questions. These assignments are assessed by your tutor to monitor progress. You will be provided with constructive feedback to help you in completing each unit to the required standard.

Additional information

Students have a maximum of one year to complete. Course duration approx. 100 hours.
