We will build on the knowledge and experience which receptionists have developed through dealing with people who present at the surgery and their personal experiences of care navigation.We will be making this course very interactive and we will discuss personal resilience, how to build your confidence and how to manage stress levels. We will also discuss communication and how communication is essential in the role of care navigation and dealing with people.
