Course Title: Care Planning and Key Worker

Overview:

The course will benefit carers in all Health Care settings to understand the care process and how to contribute effective care planning.

Course Content:

During the course you will learn:

The importance of care planning in the Health Care sector including:

  • What is a key worker?
  • How to contribute to the development of care plans
  • How to contribute to the content of care planning
  • How care planning can lead to a better quality of life for
    the service user

At the end of the session you will have a better awareness of the care planning process, your role within this and be able to write effective care plans.
