This postgraduate award aims to:
Develop systematic knowledge and comprehensive understanding of classic and contemporary career development theories from a range of discipline areas.
Develop confident and creative practice informed by key career development concepts.
Develop innovative and effective practice appropriate to a range of relevant roles e.g. career-related one-to-one work, group work, employer liaison, online provision, management and marketing.

About this course
This course is designed for applicants from a wide range of backgrounds including individuals who are currently involved in career development and coaching support, individuals who wish to work in these areas and/or those who are interested in studying for personal interest. You must be able to produce written work of a good standard.

30 hours of blended learning consisting of intensive all-day workshops with further materials provided via a virtual learning environment supported by a module reading pack and tutorial.
