History

Starting off as a part time food safety trainer for the catering and hospitalilty industry we quickly expanded in to the food manufacturing, retail and care sector expanding our qualifications to cover all level from basic to advanced. Since 2008 we have been working with a range of associate trainers to deliver licensing, health and safety and first aid qualifications.
