CCTV Operators are the crucial link between technology of a CCTV System and its effective use. It is reported that 80% of CCTV evidence submitted as evidence in court is inadmissible. Our course is designed to train operators with the skills to use the CCTV system more effectively and to be able to work with law enforcement agencies where necessary.

It is vital that CCTV operators understand their role in crime prevention, incident scene management and directed surveillance investigation teams. Our ½ day course gives an introduction to the workings of a CCTV control room, CCTV system use and legislation involved with working with CCTV images.
