Course Details

CeFA Module 4 brings together all the knowledge gained from and tests your aptitude of applying this knowledge to customer specific case studies.

Our one day workshop has been extremely successful as we use the actual case studies that you will be tested on in your exam.

You will have the opportunity of completing multiple choice questions on these case studies which will be marked during the workshop. Any highlighted weakness areas will be address by the tutor.

This course provides key preparation for anybody who wants to pass first time.

Exam Assessment
  • 2 hour electronically tested exam.
  • 6 case studies each consisting of 10 multiple choice questions.
  • Pass mark of 70% (42 questions out of 60).
