Course content

Unit 1: Understand the airline industry and the role of airline cabin crew
Unit 2: Promote effective customer care in the airline industry
Unit 3: Maintain effective team working and communications in the airline industry
Unit 4: Contribute to the Health and Safety of airline passengers
Unit 5: Contribute to aviation security
Unit 6: Demonstrate an understanding of the airport arrival process

Additionality

Please note there is a minimum height requirement for Airline Cabin Crew of 5' 2"

When will I receive my results?

Results will be forwarded on as soon as they are received at the college. Please note that certificates, where awarded, can take up to 4 months to be received at the college before forwarding on to learners.

Assessment

It is an internally and externally assessed course. The internal assessment is portfolio based and the external section is a multiple choice question paper. Assignments are based on realistic workplace situations and activities.

Progression

The qualification has been endorsed by BMI, Thomas Cook and Monarch, who have indicated that they value the qualification to the sector by guaranteeing an interview for those students who successfully complete the qualification and meet their minimum criteria.

Payment options: UK/EU Fee : £329.00 Overseas Fee : £705.00 Part-time enrolments are subject to an additional annual registration fee of £10 payable once only per academic year (exemptions may apply).
