This Award qualifies you to be an assessor for NVQ and other competence based courses.
You will receive a half day induction in College and then use online learning to achieve the qualification. You will be visited in your workplace in order to observe your practice. The qualification can be done at your own pace but we would aim for you to complete it within six months.
