Exam StructureThis course is structured around a number of assignments, which contribute towards a formal presentation to an external panel at the end of the programme.
To gain the Diploma award, delegates need to complete an integrative assessment, which enables them to demonstrate how they have brought together and applied their learning to a real workplace programme, project or case study.
External Assessment will be undertaken by theAPMGroup and the Chartered Management Institute.

• MSP Foundation
• PMP®

Certificate in Programme and Project ManagementFor delegates who prefer to take a progressive approach towards the Diploma, there is an intermediate qualification, the Certificate in Programme and Project Management.
To achieve the qualification, candidates need to complete the followingTPGAcademy learning modules:

• Project Initiation
• Project Planning
• Project Control
• PRINCE2 Foundation and 4 assignments

Whilst the Certificate in Programme and Project Management is a valued qualification in its own right, units covered are included in the full Diploma in Programme and Project Management, and delegates can count these towards the Diploma qualification.
The following optional exams can be included at an additional cost:

• PRINCE2 Foundation
