CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice (Level 3).
Overview

Our foundation level certificate will enable you to gain a range of skills to help you develop in HR practice. Through studying and understanding organisation and the role of HR, you will develop yourself as an effective practitioner. Supporting good practice in managing employee relations and performance and reward management, will help you record and resource staff in any business.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal qualifications required. However, due to the requirement of written assessments, a Level 2 qualification in Literacy (or equivalent) is preferred. You will be required to join the CIPD as a Student Member. No work experience is required for this qualification however it is beneficial to have a working knowledge of HR practice and/or people management practice.
Course Duration
The course will run for one academic year (September - June). Attendance will be on one evening per week (6.00-9.00pm). There will also be two full-day workshops. These will be arranged with the group.
Skills and Benefits
You will achieve a Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice with the new associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development achieved by demonstrated capabilities in the work environment.

Course Assessment
A combination of written and practical assignments assessed against the CIPD professional standards.

Course Fees
The course fees for 2016 are still to be confirmed. The fees in 2015 were £995.
