Successful students, by the end of the course should be:-

• Fully conversant with the requirements of BS7671 in respect of initial verification and periodic inspection and testing
• Able to identify the information needed to correctly conduct the inspection and testing of an installation
• Aware of statutory and non-statutory requirements and guidance material, which are applicable to the inspection and testing of electrical installations
• Capable of recording essential and optional information on appropriate certificates and periodic inspection reports
