About this course

The program has a strong focus on continuous quality improvement, and will help managers set up processes to manage quality, improve business processes, and successfully lead a quality improvement team.

This program is designed for experienced supervisors and managers, tasked managing quality and planing for and improving the quality of business operations.

There are no formal entry requirements for this program. Candidates will be working in, or preparing for work as a first line supervisor, team leader or manager.
