Instructor expertise
We have found from experience in the delivery of training that two trainers, each representing the arboricultural and electrical disciplines provide trainees with sufficient effective instruction to enable them to successfully complete assessments for Unit 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3
The electrical instructors are drawn from within the industry and have experience in working in close proximity of overhead lines in a variety of situations; most are both trainers and assessors.
