Course Content:

Day 1

• Understand the role of Team Leade.
• Understand the team objective(s) and plan for achievemen.
• Be able to monitor, review and provide feedback on the progress and standard of the individual's and/or team's work.
• Be able to deal effectively with challenging situations.

Day 2

• Understand the role of communication in leading a team
• Know how to organise and lead team briefings
• Be able to plan and implement induction for a new team member
• Be able to identify and plan the training needs of team members
• Be able to train a team member to carry out a tas.

Post Workshop: After the second workshop you will be asked to complete a 5,000 word written assignment which will form the assessment for the Certificate in Team Leading.
