4-Day Advanced Indian Head Massage Diploma

Indian Head Massage is based on traditional Indian massage techniques. It involves work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, as well as the scalp and face using a variety of massage movements to relieve muscular and emotional tension, stimulate circulation and restore mobility in the joints. Head massage is a holistic therapy and treats the whole body, re-balancing the energy flow to the body and creating a feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Our routine is based on the method developed by Narendra Mehta who brought formalised treatment to the West.

Why should I learn this?

This 4-day course qualifies you in both Basic and Advanced Indian Head Massage techniques.

The Basic level is done without oil through light clothing, so is perfect for corporate work and for using at MBS fairs. It can easily be shortened to give sample treatments.

The Advanced level includes the use of oils and covers how to conduct the treatment with the client on your massage table.

Whichever method is used, this is an excellent stress buster, both relaxing and uplifting, and is good for clearing the head and easing tense shoulders.
