I found it helped to do some background reading first on ear anatomy with helped me keep up during the day. There was alot packed into the 2 day course. Richard was an excellent tutor and has developed a real knack for explaining difficult concepts with everyday analogy. I left the course thoroughly enthused. Excellent value for money.

I am currently doing the course, at the moment I am really enjoying the course the tutor is really nice and helpfull and in the little time I have been there I have really learn a lot and didn't realise how much there is to learn about the hard of hearing
