Change management is an organized approach which deals with both from the perspective of an individual and an organization. Change management is about adaptation to the change, controlling and affecting it.

The unit seeks to deliver the guidance about change management along with different techniques to manage it effectively. It defines what the change is and describes the key factors in successful change and mastering e- mail. It also explores the time management tips and tricks.
