Introduction Designed for those who work with children and young people aged 0-16. Level 3 is suitable for those that work as childminders, day care supervisors or similar roles. You may have some supervisory responsibilities.

Key Objectives This award is designed for those who want to further their career in childcare.

Course Units Five mandatory units e.g.:
· Develop and Promote Positive Relationships
· Develop and Maintain a Healthy, Safe and Secure Environment for Children
· Protect and promote children's rights

Four optional units from a selection e.g:
