In the film class, students will learn the differences between acting on stage and acting for the camera. Students will work on short term projects, developing their own scripts for soap operas, commercials and short films etc. They will have the opportunity to film these, taking on the role of actor, director, cameraman or floor manager. Occasionally, professional directors are invited to give masterclasses in 'acting for the camera'. Suitable for: children and young people aged 7 - 22 years old

Course programme

The Anna Fiorentini Theatre and Film School runs dancing, singing, acting, design and film classes with professionals from theatre, film and television for children and young people from underprivileged backgrounds.

Our children's film classes cover soap opera, commercials and adverts, pop videos and promos, short film making, news and media, presenting on-screen, acting on screen and sitcoms.
