Christmas Canapes

Embrace the festive season as you learn to make sensational canapes to wow your party guests this year.

Food writer, teacher and stylist Jennifer Joyce (author of Diva Cooking and Small Bites), is on hand to solve your culinary dilemmas with a menu that includes ‘Lime leaf chicken skewers’, ‘Feta, date, and onion filo triangles’, ‘Miso tuna tartare on crispy gyozas pear, rocket and breseola rolls’ and ‘Crostini with balsamic figs and ricotta cheese’.

The day begins with coffee and pastries before the hands-on cooking begins. Working in pairs, you will cook an array of canapes, learning about preparing ahead, and how to get organised on the day. You will then eat your creations as a light lunch with a glass of Prosecco.
