Christmas Card Making (Leisure)

Course Aims:
The aim of the course is to introduce students to a variety of mixed card making skills and techniques, including colour theory and design principals. Festive ideas will be generated to produce wonderful decorative products for special gifts and loved ones.

Course Content:
With support and guidance from your tutor, you will familiarise yourself with craft materials, resources, tools and equipment. Quilling, embossing, layering and paper crafts are some of the crafts to be explored. You will be encouraged to investigate different materials and techniques to allow you to take ideas forward for creative development. You will also cover Health and Safety procedures relevant to the craft.

Progression:
Level 1 mixed Crafts. There are a variety of Art & Design part time course across the Faculty
