Food Safety is very important in any food business in order to reduce risks such as food poisoning and contamination, which are caused by lack of knowledge and training.

Food legislation requires everyone working with food to have a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensure that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat. In order to maintain these practices all people handling food need to be trained and are recommended to keep their knowledge up-to-date with a refresher course every three years.
