Course programme

This is a nationally recognised 1 Day CIEH course for anyone who works with food and has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensuring that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.. The course culminates with a multiple choice exam of 30 questions. In order to pass candidates must receive achieve 20 or more correct answers

This course will give food handlers a good understanding of the importance of food safety and how to prevent food poisoning and contamination from occurring.
