CIPD Human Resource Management Intermediate Certificate Level 5

The CIPD Level 5 is designed to provide a bridge between the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificates and postgraduate level study in human resource management. It will provide you with a set of transferable business skills that can be used to improve performance and effectiveness in today’s competitive environment.
The course comprises of core and common option modules plus a range of specialist human resource management and development option modules. The modules develop many of the themes studied at level 3 to a greater depth and provide a firm grounding in the academic skills that graduates would have acquired while studying for a degree. Although the course content is delivered in the classroom the emphasis is on the application of the theory, knowledge and skills into the workplace.
