This short course is the perfect introduction to the skills, knowledge and behaviour required of HR and L&D professionals in both generalist and specialist roles, as laid out in the CIPD HR profession map.

You don’t need any prior experience or qualifications to enrol on this Foundation Level HR course.

If English is your second language, we recommend you have an IELTS 6.5/ESOL Level 2 or equivalent, but we're happy to review your case on an individual basis.
