CIPD Level 3 (starting Febuary)

Who is this course for?

The CIPD FCHRP L3 is an essential qualification for anyone that wishes to develop/further their professional and/or academic career in Human Resource Management. It is also suitable for someone wishing to change their career into human resources or for line managers or team leaders who need further knowledge of the human resource activities in an organisation. Learners who have been in general supervisory role have found the coursen extremely beneficial in the past. The course is at level 3 and is assessed through course work and presentations throughout the year, rather than examination based. It is also very useful for people who have not studied for a number of years and wish to return to academic qualifications.

What will I study ?

Course units are: 1. Developing Yourself as an Effective HR Practitioner 2. Understanding Organisations and the Role of HR 3. Recording, Analysing and using HR Information 4. Resourcing Talent 5. Employment Relations 6. Delivering Learning and Development Activities You will also learn how to; work in groups, discuss, team work and observations.

How will I be assessed ?

Course Work and Presentations.
