This short course delves into how the business context drives reward strategies and policies, including labour market and sector trends; regional and international differences in pay; and the financial drivers of the organisation.

To study this CIPD Intermediate Level 5 course, you should generally have at least one of the following:
Some HR experience in an entry-level HR role
Managerial experience that involved elements of HR
A degree and a desire to begin studying HR at a higher level than Foundation Level 3
