Aims and Objectives
Update skills on the features and functions of Citrix MetaFrame XP Feature Release 1 for delegates studying towards CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) for Citrix MetaFrame XP 1.0.

This course provides the core knowledge for exam 220 (Citrix MetaFrame XP Administrator).

Target Audiences
Administrators who are familiar with Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 who wish to update their skills on the features and functions of Citrix MetaFrame XP Feature Release 1. For delegates studying towards CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) for Citrix MetaFrame XP 1.0.
This course provides the core knowledge for exam 220 (Citrix MetaFrame XP Administrator).

Prerequisites
Delegates attending this course must be certified as a CCA for Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 and have knowledge of Windows 2000 servers.

Course Content
Module 1: Understand general Citrix technologies including independent Management Architecture (IMA).
Module 2: Client device listening and SpeedScreen Latency Reduction.
Module 3: Install Citrix MetaFrame XP and Citrix ICA clients in a variety of network environments.
Module 4: Identify the features and functions of the Citrix Management Console.
Module 5: Configure a server farm and individual server settings.
Module 6: Manage licenses.
Module 7: Understand the key features and functions of Load Manager and MetaFrame XP security.
Module 8: Install applications in the Citrix MetaFrame XP multi-user environment.
Module 9: Understand how Citrix NFuse delivers applications to ICA clients.
Module 10: Identify the new printer management features included with MetaFrame XP.
Module 11: Recognise the features available with MetaFrame XPe including application packaging and delivery; system monitoring and analysis.
