Course programme
You will study the following areas on the course:
- Accident repair body principles,
- Welding processes MIG, resistance/spot, brazing and plastic repairs,
- Repair techniques for damaged body panels,
- Heat shrinking,
- Modern construction and materials used in vehicle design,
Coursework consists of theory and practical assessments of all the subjects.
Please note: you will develop body repair skills and you are encouraged to attend a work placement to develop your skills and knowledge of the body repair industry.
