Course programme
There will be initial research projects to help you find a basis for your work. You will then be able to develop an individual programme of study through discussion with your tutors. Some art history and contextual studies are integral to the programme and you are encouraged to consider the relationship of theory to practice. You will participate in a final exhibition, which is aimed at giving you both experience of showing your work and helping you to plan, organise and promote a group exhibition.
This course concerns contemporary practice and debate. As such you can expect to be stimulated and challenged by some of the ideas and images discussed.
